Priscilla Esenam Kortsu, affectionately known as Lady Ajo, is a visionary leader, licensed counselor, and mindset coach devoted to transforming lives and redefining empowerment for women and youth across Africa. As the Founder of the Smart Women Collaborate Movement (SWCM), she established a bold platform dedicated to advocacy, leadership development, and social transformation—bridging opportunities for women to rise, lead, and create sustainable impact. With over a decade of experience in development communication, social innovation, and policy advocacy, Lady Ajo continues to drive change through her leadership of transformative initiatives such as Onion Consult, the Smart Women Foundation, and the Girl You Can Initiative. Her work integrates mindset reengineering, coaching, and strategic communications to inspire individuals and institutions toward purpose-driven growth and inclusive development. A passionate Pan-African advocate, philanthropist, and policy consultant, Lady Ajo is recognized for her dynamic approach to leadership—rooted in compassion, vision, and intentional action. Her mission is to ignite transformation, nurture potential, and empower women and youth to challenge limitations, embrace purpose, and lead with confidence and authenticity.

Akosua Naana Lexis Obenewaa Opoku-Agyemang is a visionary leader, transformational coach, and strategic communicator passionate about women’s empowerment, education, and economic advancement across Africa. As President of the Smart Women Collaborate Movement (SWCM), she provides strategic direction and oversight, ensuring that the organization remains a dynamic force for change through innovative advocacy, impactful programming, and inclusive leadership. With over 16 years of professional experience in communication, brand strategy, and human development, Akosua combines her media expertise and social impact work to champion causes that uplift women and strengthen communities. She leads the SWCM executive and project teams in developing sustainable programs, building strong partnerships with local and international organizations, and ensuring accountability, transparency, and good governance in all operations. Beyond her SWCM leadership, Akosua serves as the CEO and Lead Consultant of Conversationalist Listening Ear (CLE) Consult, a human-centered communications and leadership development firm. A passionate advocate for gender equity and mental wellness, Akosua's role at SWCM sets her ready to represent SWCM in both local and global forums, advancing policies that support women’s empowerment and community resilience. She continues to inspire a new generation of women leaders through her commitment to purpose-driven leadership, collaboration, and transformative dialogue.

Esther Kemi Odewale

As the Project Manager at Smart Women Collaborate Foundation (SWCM), Esther Kemi Odewale stands at the forefront of driving meaningful change across Africa’s women empowerment landscape. She leads with vision, strategy, and unwavering commitment to the Foundation’s mission of collaborative support, leadership development, and advocacy for women and girls. At SWCM, Esther manages high-impact projects such as the ACT Project to End Violence Against Women and Girls (EVAWG), where she spearheads coalition-building, coordinates program teams, and ensures the successful rollout of advocacy campaigns, training programs, and stakeholder engagement sessions. Her leadership has strengthened the Foundation’s capacity to mobilize communities, influence policy conversations, and amplify women’s voices at both grassroots and institutional levels. Beyond SWCM, Esther is a multi-faceted professional, a systems thinker who blends structure with soul. As Founder of Project Structure Hub, she helps individuals, institutions, and small businesses implement project-based systems that deliver real results. Through this initiative, she channels her deep expertise in project management, operations, and impact design to help others turn ideas into executable strategies. She is also the visionary founder of the Royal Sparkle Foundation, Esther has led over four cohorts of emerging leaders, facilitated mentorship programs, and published “The Silent Fighter” to amplify healing and strength for women facing unseen battles. Esther is the author of “THRIVE: Steps to Achieving Progress and Fulfillment and The Silent Fighter. Esther Kemi Odewale is not just a project manager; she is a movement architect. Her journey is a fusion of faith, strategy, service, and legacy-building. At SWCM, she brings depth, structure, and soul ensuring that every campaign, partnership, and program delivers not just results, but lasting transformation. Gina Hutton Awadzi is a results-driven finance professional with a strong commitment to transparency, accountability, and sustainable financial management. As the Finance Manager of the Smart Women Collaborate Movement (SWCM), she oversees the organization’s financial operations, ensuring the prudent use of resources to support impactful projects that advance women’s empowerment, education, and economic inclusion. With a keen eye for detail and a passion for strategic planning, Gina manages budgeting, reporting, and compliance frameworks across all SWCM initiatives. In her dual role as Projects Finance Manager, she provides fiscal leadership on donor-funded programs—ensuring proper documentation, effective fund utilization, and alignment with both local and international financial standards. Her work embodies integrity and efficiency, fostering financial sustainability and enabling SWCM to deliver on its mission of empowering women and girls across communities. Gina continues to serve as a vital pillar of the organization’s leadership, promoting accountability and excellence in every aspect of financial governance.

Oxwell Festus Williams is a seasoned and adaptable professional with a rich and diverse career spanning tourism, business management, and client relations. His proven expertise includes tour guiding, event planning, and property dealership, underpinned by excellent leadership and a demonstrated ability to build and develop effective teams. He is a resourceful and dedicated problem-solver, known for delivering excellence even amidst competing demands. Currently operating in Cape Coast, Oxwell leverages his strong interpersonal skills to foster robust diaspora relations and drive business success. His tactical approach and commitment to excellence make him a reliable and forward-thinking professional, consistently ready to embrace and master new challenges. At SWCM Oxwell collects data and liaises with people and organizations on current projects. Ephraim Wristberg is a monitoring, evaluation, and learning professional with a foundational background in development communication. Their experience spans the nonprofit and international development sectors, where they specialize in transforming complex data into compelling narratives for donors, partners, and communities. With expertise in both quantitative and qualitative data collection and analysis, Wristberg leverages their communication skills to design insightful reports, facilitate learning sessions, and ensure that M&E findings are accessible and actionable for program improvement. They hold a Master's in Development Communication and are proficient in key M&E tools including Kobo Ephraim Wristberg is passionate about using storytelling to demonstrate impact, improve program effectiveness, and give a powerful voice to beneficiary feedback.
